In the Fall of 2017, Yale IT introduced a new framework for working with the community to make decisions. The groups are represented as pillars that represent the different constituent areas of Yale’s technology footprint: Academic, Research, Clinical, Cultural Heritage, Administrative and Foundational IT. Each pillar is led by a senior member of the Community:
ITS is advised by two main committees: The ITS Advisory Committee (ITSAC) and IT Campus Leaders.
Yale’s investment governance committees are organized in “pillars” that support Yale’s mission.
The Change Advisory Board (CAB) approves requested changes and assists in the assessment and prioritization of changes.
The Service and Portfolio governance is a unified model across project and services that works in conjunction with the pillar structure that was introduced in the Fall of 2017.
