• Engagement with IT Community
  • With representation and inclusivity from IT partners across campus, this initiative carries forward the inaugural One IT conference. The collective committee is working closely to plan and execute the conference, focusing on the overarching goals of connection, relationship building, engagement, and sharing.
• IT Service Representation
  • This project supports the Yale community’s need to easily find, understand, request, and utilize IT service offerings by aligning service data across IT portals and creating a unified, persona-driven “One IT” interface. This initiative  streamlines access to IT services, ensuring that users can efficiently navigate and engage with the resources they need.
