Advanced Configuration Options for the Google Custom Search Engine
The following options are listed by navigation link and menu tab (i.e., Setup: Basics corresponds to the Setup link and Basics tab). Google’s own documentation for Google Custom Search can also be found here.
Options include search engine name, language, sites to search, and more.

Allows enhanced reporting through a Google Analytics account.
Can be used to turn off advertisements in search results.
