While Yale's Information Security Office has deemed GitHub Enterprise secure for general use, data requiring Yale's high levels of protection (known as "2-lock data" and "3-lock data") is not permitted in GitHub Enterprise repositories. Please take the time to understand what levels of protection are required to keep Yale's data confidential and safe from loss. Yale has devised a three-level system to categorize data security.
