IT Help Desk

The ITS Help Desk team provides prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous technical and functional support for computers, mobile devices, applications, IT services, accounts and access. The Help Desk team has received the HDI Team Certified Award, which recognizes them for their commitment to service excellence. The ITS Help Desk is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm via phone and email at helpdesk@yale.edu. Members of the Yale community may call, email, walk-in or request help at a specific location. The team works in collaboration with Yale's Professional Schools for IT support.
