Our responsibility is to assist the University community with technology needs and bridge the gap between those needs and IT Services. We also help you articulate your needs and direct you to solution resources, both internal and external. We help to identify and implement the most cost-effective and efficient technology solutions that enable faculty, staff, students and administrators to more readily achieve their missions in teaching, research and patient care while promoting compliance and continuous improvement. We collaborate with and advise our partners in the University’s many Distributed IT Units. We work to understand their needs and share responsibility toward finding solutions to meet academic, research and administrative goals. We ask. We listen. We research. We recommend.
