HR and Payroll Systems

HR and Payroll Systems are technology solutions and applications focused on Human Capital Management, including Human Resources and Payroll. Applications include Workday, MyTIme (Kronos), STARS (IBM Kenexa), AON Hewitt (Flexible Spending Accounts) and the Training Management System (TMS). ITS works closely with Human Resources and Payroll to support the goals of increased productivity, continuous service improvement, and exceptional customer service.

This service is focused specifically on HR and Payroll Systems.  ITS works closely with our colleagues in HR and Payroll to design, build, purchase, implement, and support systems.

Who can use it?

Many HR and Payroll Systems are used by faculty and staff throughout the University, including Workday and MyTime.  Specialized functions are used by central departments, business operations, and administrators.

Requests for new systems and for enhancements to existing systems are channeled through our colleagues in HR and Payroll for evaluation and prioritization.

How much does it cost?

There is no charge to faculty and staff for use of features that are provided to the University community.

For central HR and Payroll, there is no charge for ITS costs to build, implement, and support these systems.  For some other clients, ITS recovers for these costs at the Application Development and Support rate found on the IT Support Rates page.

How do I get it?

Access to systems used by the University community, such as MyTime, MyPay, and manager self-service, is automatically provided.  For other access requests, click on “Request this Service” top-right on this page.
