The ITS Help Desk's services now include work previously performed by the ITS Client Accounts team. ITS Help Desk staff members will now answer calls and emails related to accounts and access to University systems as well as granting Oracle access. Read more

ITS congratulate the 2017 graduates of the Brian J. Wolson Early Career Development Program: Christopher Cadden Alyssa DeChiaro, Sylvia Pérez, and Jessica Zaczek. After completing the 18-month rotational program, all four have been hired into staff positions in ITS. Read more
