Turn On or Off Out of Office Replies Using Outlook 2011 for Mac on YaleConnect
Click on Tools > Out of Office...
Select the Send Out of Office messages radio button.
Under More Options you can set the timing of these messaages, allowing you to start sending and stop sending these messages at a future date and time.
Select the Anyone outside my company radio button. (If you instead select Address Book contacts only, the messages will only be sent to users of YaleConnect and NOT to users of EliApps or the Pantheon email services.)
Enter your Out of Office message in the Reply once to each sender outside my company with: field. As indicated, this message will be sent the first time users contact you while your Out of Office message is active. Subsequent messages from the same sender will not receive any message in reply.
Click OK to activate or schedule your Out of Office message.
