PaperCut/BluePrint: Hold for Authentication' error on Mac Operating System
When connecting to PaperCut you are prompted for your credentials. If you enter the wrong password and store the credentials you will continue to see a 'Hold for Authentication' state on the print job in the Mac print queue and no jobs will be forwarded to the print queue.
If this occurs, you will need to delete the Mac keychain entry associated with PaperCut.
To do this:
In Spotlight search for and open Keychain Access.
Look for the entries associated with PaperCut
Highlight the entries, control click, and select delete.
Re-initiate a print job to the printer and enter the correct password when prompted.
