Office 365 email: Prevent unintentionally exposure of your calendar details
Use caution when setting the permissions on your personal calendar. If you set your personal calendar's "Default" account permissions incorrectly, you will expose your calendar to all Office 365 email users on campus.
To check your Default account permissions in Outlook:
In the navigation pane (bottom left section) click Calendar to switch to calendar view.
Right click Calendar under the My Calendar heading and select Share\Calendar Permissions
Check to see what Permission Level is set on the Default account. This should be set as Free/Busy time in the Permission Level: drop-down menu.
