E-mail from addresses in your Safe Senders list will never be treated as junk. You can include E-mail addresses or entire domain names in this list.

E-mail from email addresses or domain names on your Blocked Senders List will always be treated as junk E-mail.
In Outlook 2007 right click on the message in the Junk E-mail folder and select Add Sender to Safe Senders List from the Junk E-mail menu.
In Outlook 2010/2013 right click on the message and select Junk\Never Block Sender.
Messages in the Junk E-mail folder are removed when you right click on the Junk Email folder and select "Empty Folder."
After you empty your Junk E-mail Folder, you have an additional 14 days to recover them if necessary. The messages can be recovered by using the Tools > Recover Deleted Items command in Outlook 2007 or in Outlook 2010/2013 right click the Junk E-mail folder and select Recover Deleted Items.... 14 days from the date you emptied the Junk E-mail folder, the junk E-mail is gone forever (cannot be recovered).
Right click the item that you want to move and select Move. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the item into the folder of choice.
