If need help or don’t have at least one device setup with DUO, call the Help Desk (203-432-9000; available 24/7), who can validate your identity over the phone and help you to verify your DUO settings and help you to setup a new DUO device. If you are traveling, you may also use SKYPE or a similar service to call the Help Desk for assistance.
