Once any of these limits are reached, you will continue to be able to access your Secure Box account with any compatible web browser from any compatible device, however you must request to unpin your devices to enable any additional devices to access your Box profile with the Box app for mobile devices or Box Sync.
To pin a device:
A device will automatically become pinned to your Secure Box account upon login from a supported Box app. This does not include web browsers.
To unpin a device:
Once you have reached your device limit, you will not be able to pin any more devices, even if you uninstall the mobile Box app or Box Sync desktop application from one of your devices. If you want to access Secure Box from another device (using the Box mobile app, or the Box Sync desktop app), you'll need to request to unpin your current devices. As a result, after unpinning is complete, you will need to re-login -- in the Box Sync application, or in the mobile Box app -- on all devices that you're using with Secure Box.

Operating system requirements – Device pinning is supported on the following platforms
iOS 6 and higher for use on iPhones/iPads
Android OS 2.2 (Froyo) and higher for use on Android devices
No other devices have minimum operating system requirements
BB10 is not supported at this time
Device requirements – Device pinning is not supported on the following mobile devices
iPhone 3G or older
Box App requirements– Device pinning is supported for the following app versions
Box for iPhone and iPad 2.8.3 and higher
Box for Android 2.1 and higher
Box for Windows 8 1.5 and higher
Box for Windows Phone 1.5 and higher
Box Sync 3.3 and higher
