By using the Outlook for Android app you can access your email, calendar, contacts, and OneDrive files from within the app rather than having to check separate apps.
Note: You cannot access tasks from the Outlook-for-Android app.
Start by downloading the Outlook for Android app from the Google Play store.
Once installed, open it and then depending on if you already have an account set up in it click the Get Started button or tap the gear icon in the upper right side of the app, and select Add Account.
On the Add Account screen, enter your full email address, for example <someone>@yale.,edu and then tap Continue.
On the Yale screen asking for your work or school account, enter your full email address and password and tap Sign in.
On the Account Added screen tap SKIP.
