Though less than one-quarter of respondents reported using these services, ITS received numerous comments from individuals saying they would use the service more if they knew more about it. ITS would like the community to know more about the services we offer, and we are working diligently to find additional ways to communicate andpublicize our services. In particular, we will be rolling out quarterly newsletters with technology news and information specific to Yale faculty, staff, and students. We will begin with a faculty newsletter, in the Fall of 2013.
We also received comments that many had used web, video, and audio services in the past but became too frustrated to continue using them. People were unsure about the options available to them. We are committed to working hard to update the information on the ITS website to more clearly communicate this information to the University community.
