In asking for additional feedback, we received many comments about the lack of information about available services. We are working to more clearly list and publicize our services, including more faculty, staff, and student-specific newsletters to be delivered quarterly. We are also continuously working to develop a better and more expansive guide of how-tos, as many respondents mentioned not being familiar with how to use certain services.
Many people were unhappy with the cost of services. We are rethinking how we price certain services and are committed to keeping prices low to better serve the Yale community.
