Yale Information Technology Services (ITS) is commited to the satisfaction of the faculty, staff, and students of Yale. The ultimate goal for Yale ITS is to provide an excellent customer IT experience that supports the research and business needs of the community. Specifically, the goal is to improve the customers’ ability to use IT to get their work done.
In order to better understand the needs and wants of the individuals, departments, and organizations we serve, ITS first launched the Yale Technology Survey in 2013. In partnership with the Professional Schools and the University Library, the Yale Technology Survey will be conducted every two years.
