Service & Portfolio Management Consultation
The Service & Portfolio Management (SPMO) team provides consultative services covering topics related to the management of IT services throughout the service lifecycle and the portfolio planning cycle. This includes consultation on the process to propose a new service or to change/decommission an existing service. Training and consultation is also available to help staff manage and improve their services. To request a consultation please submit a request to the Service Management Consultation service:
Submit a ServiceNow request by clicking “Create New” under “Incident,” and assign to Business Service “Departmental IT Support Teams > Service Management > Service Management Consultation”. Choose the category Inquiry > Consultation.

ServiceNow Platform Support
The ServiceNow team hosts office hours to answer general questions related to the platform, provide assistance with report development, or offer general guidance on ITSM best practices.
