System Status

Planned Outage for Quaark/Med TSM Backup Service Tue 4/8/2014 during 3:00-6pm

Update - This outage has been extended to 8:00PM tonight. It didn't begin until 5:30pm.

Backups and Restores will be unavailable or interrupted on Tuesday,

4/8/2014 during 3:00pm - 6:00pm while the Quaark/Med TSMv5 Backup Service is upgraded to become Med TSMv6.  When completed, this process will *not* require any changes for client computers or users, but the upgraded service will be renamed and become the Med TSM backup service for future reference.

 

IMPACT:  Backup and Restore attempts via this backup service (Quaark/Med

TSM) may fail or be interrupted during the service upgrade; please retry later.  If an emergency arises, please call ITS Operations at 203.432.6506.  We will accommodate your need as soon as possible.
