RESOLVED: as of 10:36am, service has been restored. ----- At this time we are experiencing issues with Unified Messaging for Lync. Lync phone calls and Lync meetings may be offline during this period. We do not have an ETA at this time. ITS is investigating the issue.

Update 07/27/2014 09:55 Maintennace completed, Papercut is available. Papercut will be having a minor software upgrade to version 14.2 on Sunday, July 27 at 6:00 a.m. There will be a short outage (roughly 30 minutes) within the scheduled maintenance window.
