**Update** As of 8:15 PM Saturday 01/18/2014 all mailboxes that were affected are no longer being affected by the issue. **Update** As of 5:00 PM Saturday 01/18/2014 we have not seen the issue in over 12 hours. ITS is continuing to monitor the YaleConnect Issue. **UPDATE***ITS is continuing to investigate the YaleConnect issue that is impacting the mailboxes on one database. We are currently moving the mailboxes to other databases and the issue is looking better. We will continue to monitor and send and update when there is a change. There still might be minor interruptions through the evening. ITS is investigating issues with the YaleConnect email & calendar service. This is intermittently affecting approximately 500 clients in that they may not be able to send or receive email sporadically.

Resolved - Message III Scheduler is now working as of 11:50AM. IMPACT: All messages scheduled after 11:50 a.m. on Monday, November 5 will be sent. TOPIC: Message III Application We've identified an issue with the Message system scheduler beginning on 11/3 at 12:21 a.m. IMPACT: Until this issue is resolved, messages scheduled after 11/3 will not be sent. All other features of the Message system are not impacted and will work as expected. The scheduled messages can be unscheduled and sent as needed using the Message system. We have entered a Service Now ticket with ITS and will let you know as soon as this issue is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience.
