Kiosks

Kiosk locations

Kiosks are located in high-traffic areas throughout central campus.  The kiosks allow students to check their University email accounts, course schedule and other information through a Web browser.

FAQs and other resources

Where can I save my files?

Local user files on cluster computer are deleted regularly and without warning.
We strongly recommend that you work on your files locally and save them to an external source such as your Box at Yale account, your EliApps Drive, a USB key, or an external hard drive before you log out.

Why can't I log into cluster computers?

In order to log into a cluster computer you must have activated your NetID and have a legal NetID password. More information can be found at http://www.yale.edu/password.
If you can normally log into the cluster machines without problems and believe that a single machine is experiencing log-in difficulties, please email cluster.support@yale.edu.
