The links for VPN faqs are circular and and it is very hard to spot the link at the end of this walkthrough on how to set up the desktop Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client which the the installation wizard is insisting I download and use (repeatedly). It is not helful to tag that section on at the end instead of at the point in this walkthrough when it would be relevant for the people whose installation fails very early on. It should have its own link in big bright flashing neon lights at the start too.
The VPN does not seem to work with Windows 10. I downloaded the Cisco VPN client using Google Chrome on PC. The software downloaded, but I still am unable to connect to the Yale server remotely. What do you type in the box when trying to connect?
