Cable TV
-Yale University subscribes to cable television services provided by Comcast for its educational and entertainment value. The basic Yale CATV service consists of approximately 40 channels, six of them reserved for Yale academic programming, Basic Yale CATV service is included as part of the Yale College room charge. Academic and administrative departments that have a need for CATV service should contact ITS Network Services via email or telephone 203.432.9700.
Yale University Departments and Organizations - $160 for one feature length film screening, 35mm or 16mm; $80 for screening of digital media, short or feature length; $60 setup and start of microphones. Note: additional fees may be charged, depending on running time and condition of the print. Overtime is billed at $40 per hour.
Non-Yale Organizations - $350 for one screening, 35mm or 16mm; $160 for screening of digital media, short or feature length.

IPHONE: DATA TIPS FOR INTERNATIONAL ROAMERS
We know that the Mobile Internet is indispensable to you. That's why we want to remind you: Domestic data use on iPhone is unlimited within the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, international roaming rates apply for voice and data usage outside domestic coverage area. International data roaming can be expensive. For example, opening an email with a 5 megapixel picture attachment or downloading a 3 minute video on YouTube uses about 2MB of data. The cost would be nearly $40 based on pay-per-use international data rates of $.0195/KB. With iPhones many robust applications, it is natural for users to use more data on their iPhone than they would using other handsets or PDA devices. What can you do to minimize international data charges? Consider purchasing an international data package.

The basic cost for an account on research.yale.edu is $150 per year. This provides 1 GB of storage, one database, 128 megabytes of RAM (burstable to 512 megabytes) and accounts for up to five users. This provides a shared workspace that can be used for file sharing between Yale collaborators, as well as hosting a web site that might require access to Java, CGI, scripting, or database connectivity.

Cancellation charges
-Less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the videoconference - 50% of Yale coordination fee will be assessed. Yale host will be responsible for any charges billed by third party service providers.
-Less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the videoconference - 100% of Yale coordination fee, and 100% of the minimum Yale charges will be assessed. Yale host will be responsible for any charges billed by third party service providers.
